Membership Card

Legitimate subscribers of PayrollOnline+ are entitled to one (1) Membership Card. This card is part of our Membership Program designed to provide an added layer of security and help prevent unauthorized or fraudulent use of the system. It serves as an additional security measure alongside the standard username and password created by the user.

MEMBERSHIP CARD

  1. Each Membership Card is issued to an individual subscriber. As part of a provisional process, temporary access credentials may be provided while the Membership Card details are being processed.
  2. All Membership Cards remain the property of PayrollOnline+.
  3. Each card displays the member’s name and a unique sixteen (16)-digit number. The card is strictly for use by the registered member and must not be used by any other individual.
  4. Members are expected to safeguard and manage their Membership Card and its information responsibly. Lending, transferring, using the card as collateral, or allowing others to access the system using the card is strictly prohibited.
  5. When accessing the PayrollOnline+ web-based system, users may be prompted to enter randomly selected numbers from their Membership Card. Failure to provide the correct requested number will result in restricted system access until the required security verification is satisfied.
  6. In cases of loss or theft, a Membership Card may be reissued upon the member’s request, subject to evaluation and approval by PayrollOnline+. A corresponding reissuance fee will apply.

GENERAL INFORMATION

PayrollOnline+ shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of system access privileges. The company is also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided during registration or throughout the duration of the subscription.

The Membership Card is solely for security and identification purposes and does not function as a debit card, credit card, or billing instrument.
